Epididymal cyst in right testicle

thirst -normal and i drink low qty of water in thirst

I am suffering from right epididymal cyst in right testicle it is very minor i feel pain and swelling in testicles and this pain shoots upto lower abdomen24 hours from last 8 years.I got treat ment from 3 homeopaths till date for year after year but no result.In alopathy its treatment is surgery but i strongly blief in homeopathy i need your help.I got ultrasoind both testicles normal in shape
other symptoms i am having are premature ejaculation ,low timing, and low sperm count and soon after discharge my testicle pain increases and i got feel sleepy and energyless
plz i need imediate remedy plz guide me thanx

I took apis mel 30 in evening for 5 days but no effect occured symptoms same feeling of swelling and pain 24 hours.
I want to tell some more details about my case
It started 8 yrs back with epidydimitis in right testicle it got cured by taking 6 months homeopathic medicine from homeopath after few month the disease returned.then again i went to same homeopath but no resjlts after taking medicine.then i changed the homeopath and took medicine for 6 months but no effect then again i changed to oyher homeopath afain 6 months treatment no use then i searched internet and found medicine called merc proto iodo i tried it for 3 days but it increased my pain 20 times and made my epididimitis to cyst then i approached surgeon he got sri ged my testicle for hydrocele and made a
Water out of my testicle and told to remove cyst by surgery i went to 2 more surgeons they gave medicine oflox and injections of monocef but no use then i tried pulsarile 200 it worked result was puls 200 effects for one day one dose pain disappears but i feel swelling and its effect goes down after a day then i tried pul 1m its effect last for 3 days painless then i tried puls 10 m it makes me painless for one month by one dose i tried for 3 continous months.
For premature ejac i tried lyco 200 and selenium 200 i got some reults but then i tried stafisgaria 200 got vry good results.
I am also having i little eczema on my face in this case i white papdi occurs and when i remove it it again comes back plz help for my 3 problems
