Candida & Dairy/Gluten Intolerance

I have had candida rash in the genital area for years. I have avoided dairy/wheat/rye/barley, which I discovered I had an intolerence to but I find a little butter is okay. I accidentally had a small amount of milk a couple of days ago, someone put the wrong milk in my coffee, and had a nasty dark blotchy rash on my face, previously it used to affect my stomach with diahorrea only, which I did get a bit of too on this occasion. I have taken some cracked chlorella to try and detox the milk and have tried various natural remedies topically, on the rash and took rhux tox 30c as a general rash improver/cure. The rash was blotchy, covered most of the chin & has greatly improved after 4 days. Skin was VERY dry and flaking.

I am female, 52 going through menopause without much trouble as I take Ashwaganda a couple of days a week, I just have a few hot flushes. I have had great stress in my life caused by others, which is now much alleviated by divorce and my ill son has care 24/7, and I have him home every fortnight for the weekend. The rest of time there is not much stress now and I am very much happier. I eat very little sugar in the very little convenience food I have and the very dark chocolate I sometimes have. I mostly eat protein, veg, fruit and very little grains that don't affect me, so I have a fairly low carb diet but do eat potatoes. Is there a homeopathic remedy specifically I can try please for the candida and the intolerances. Any help would be much appreciated.Thank you.
