Panic attacks while driving
Please advise me on what homeopathic remedy to take for panic attacks (while driving) and over the top anxiety. After reading several threads, I ordered Aconitum Napellus, Gelsium and Belladonna. I am 47 and have been suffering from ? for several years now. My mother gave up driving in her early 20's due to the same disorder. Heart palpitations, clammy (cold) hands, feeling of weakness, not connected, feeling of rolling backwards at stop signs/lights, light headedness, etc. Her mother died of SCD (sudden cardiac death) at the age of 60. My mother just got a pacemaker at the age of 68 after experiencing slow heart rate and blocked beats. It's helped her anxiety tremendously, however not enough to drive. She went thru a period of time in her late 40's where she felt poorly - just plain worn out, stressed and had issues with passing out. Perimenopause? She also tells me that, she really did not experience menopause.Due to nodules, I had my thyroid removed 9yrs ago and was diagnosed with Hashimotos, I am currently taking synthroid. I had vein stripping 7yrs ago, and a cardiac ablation almost 4yrs ago due to VTACH. I recently wore a King of Hearts monitor for 30 days which captured PACS and PVCS but, my cardiologist does not find them to be life threatening arrhythmia's. He did put me on Metoprolol 25mg with hopes of stopping the arrhythmia's. I just want my life back. As I have read mentioned here, the brain remembers episodes and locations of panic attacks. I drive 20 miles to work each day and often times have to stop on the side of the road. I feel as if I am going to faint, shaking, weakness feeling in legs, sometimes facial numbness, head pressure, cold hands, poor vision, feeling off balance, jumpy, feeling like I am going to lose control of my car.... I could go on. This condition has gradually gotten worse over the past 10 years and continues to get worse. My anxiety starts in the morning when I wake up just knowing that I have to drive to work. Can I use the above mentioned remedies in conjunction with one another? Could I possibly benefit from Seroctin? I look forward to your input on this matter.

I purchased ARGENTUM NIT 30 in pellet form today (what's available locally) and the suggested dose is 5 pellets 3X a day. Would that be your recommendation? I also received my shipment of Aconitum Napellus, Gelsium and Belladonna in the mail today. Your recommendations appreciated.
