Hi Tui,
I stopped the hyaluronic remedy a few days ago as there was pain in both knees that day, not from any outside influences that I was aware of. The pain disappeared and my walking is much improved. Still a little shaky on going downstairs and steep slopes, but still better than before. Should I resume the remedy? One thing I have noticed since is that when I sneeze, possibly once or twice a day, a large amount of phlegm is forcefully ejected! To me this is good, as I now have much less problem with having to clear my throat.
