I checked my notes. We also saw this sadness when we tried thuja 6 months ago. Interesting though because he also took it once in November and had a good calm response. Could it be he is ok with first dose and then becomes aggravated with additional dosing?

Yes he needs Thuja but could not handle repeated dose [ub1]. Please give him one dose (2 pills) of Bryonia Alb 30c in the morning (in the morning, not night) and he should be come to normal with this.

This further gives a better understanding of his constitution. Thank you for your patience. I will write a detailed next set of recommendations after he gets well with this sadness.

Anything in square braces are for reference and you can ignore them.

Gave Bryonia 30 this morning before school. He’s back to baseline. We have not seen any sadness today.

Can you please clarify whether sadness was noticed until you gave Bryonia. If so, please continue to monitor and ensure he settles on baseline for a few days.

Hard to tell. He was very emotional, sad and upset all Monday. He went to bed sad on Monday night. Woke Tuesday and I did not see any sadness upon waking. Then dosed Bryonia Tuesday morning before school. Came home and was happy and had a good day. So I’m not sure if the sadness passed on it’s on or from the Bryonia. Hope that answers your question. He had another good day today (Wednesday).

Thanks. Bryonia can negate the sadness from Thuja. Please update on scripting and hyper, whether Bryonia helped Thuja and Ant Crud

Just to clarify I gave him Antimonium Tart 30 along with Thuja, not Crud. Is that not what I was supposed to do?

jbh8182 5 years ago
Yes. Tart is the right one that covers scripting in the Bible of Homeopathy (materia medica Boericke)

Oh good. Just checking. Thanks

Haven’t seen sadness since that day. Scripting and hyperactivity is still a problem. It’s constant and seems increased a bit this week. Thanks

Please give Antimonium Tart 30 alone, one dose. If there are no changes, you should continue for a few days, every day. If you suspect it getting worse, please stop and write.

Gave Antimonium Tart 30c this morning around 10a. It’s been about 7 hours and we are now seeing the same type of sadness that we were seeing before. Please advise.

If needed, you can give Bryonia 30.

It is better to wait and see

He just went to bed. I will try to wait it out. I’ll update tomorrow after school.

Sunday gave Antimonium 30 and we saw lots of crying and emotion. Monday only a small amount of crying. The problem is that he is CRAZY hyperactive! Much worse than before. It’s very physical. He has to run and jump and stomp and he’s now flapping his hands which he’s never done before. He truly cannot calm his body. Please let me know what you would like us to do. He’s only had the Antimonium 30 on Sunday. Today is Tuesday. Thanks.

He is hypersensitive to Homeopathic medicines. This is good (so we can bring positive results) and bad (requires very mild doses and could not tolerate even 30c)

Please give him Bryonia 30 one dose asap

In future I will suggest plant based remedies in low potency to bring a gentle change.

Thank you. We saw some sadness after school as well. I just gave Bryonia 30. I will report tomorrow.
I am having him tested at the end of the week for the MTHFR gene mutation bc he is very sensitive to medications and tends to have the unusual side effects. We believe that his detox pathways may be clogged. I will report any findings from that test. Thanks.

No more sadness and not as much hand flapping since giving the Bryonia 30.

Can you please send the saliva or urine pH, tested at home with strip or litmus paper

Reva V 5 years ago
Sure. Which test should I get for this? Thanks.

jbh8182 5 years ago
Please buy either litmus paper or pH test strip. Report pH number of his saliva. Thanks

Reva V 5 years ago
His saliva pH is 8.0

jbh8182 5 years ago
Thanks. This is perfect

It’s been about 2 weeks with no remedies. Would you like us to continue to remain off of them?

jbh8182 5 years ago
Please buy Arsenicum Album 30c and Sarsaparilla 6c.

Ars Alb in the evening for 2 days
3rd day: Sarsaparilla 6c one dose only

Report if any change of sign is noticed. If everything goes well, you can give Ars Alb 30 in the 4th day and stop.

Please note that Ars Alb 30 is a heating agent and Sarsaparilla 6c is a cooling agent. Alternating agents that heat and cool is the way to wake up the constitution to detox. If he is having any sign of cold symptoms, you should not give Sarsparilla. Since this is winter, you must end the protocol with a dose of Ars Alb (follow one dose of Ars Alb after Sars)

For your notes. This is one of the detox protocols that is suitable for your son, based on observations made on what worked (and what not)
