High fever in regular interval and UTI

My mother-in-law is suffering from high fever and UTI since last three-four days. She is 61. I'll be attaching lab reports of blood and urine. Till now she has been given
Canth 30 - 2 times a day
R18 drop three times a day

Intensity of fever has reduced. Now fever stays between 101-102F. Earlier it was between 103-104F. Fever comes generally two times a day. In the Morning between 12-1 PM and in the Evening between 5-6 PM. Fever comes with trembling.

Urine is now normal. Earlier it was scanty and dropsy and opaque. I'm very much worried about the recurrence of fever. Need Doc's advice. Please help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Normal pus cells in urine are 0-5. Your mom has very high pus cell count which is a bacterial infection. You need to go
To the doctor and get the correct antibiotic for the type of bacteria.

Homeopathic remedies do not do a good job on
uTI infections. That is because they can often give symptom relief- but
They are just covering over the infection which keeps increasing and
Gets harder to stop-

Get the antibiotics now and make sure she is drinking
Plenty of water to help flush this out.
