I feel ED for couple of years, I'm unmarried, I have low self esteem, and low confidence, I feel like i can't satisfy my partner if I had sex. Exrections in night often when sleeping or half sleeping or and usually veryin mornings, very less exrections in day time which disappears quickly. Had mastrubated alot in the past but not now. Had used some meds of homeopathic by my self but not much effective, can someone please guide???
