High blood pressure

I have consistently had BP of 135/ 88 without issue. However, during very stressful times, like the present, my BP goes up. I recently checked and it was 160/100‼️ I went to the health food store and got rhodiiola and vit K. It has vine down to 150/88, but still too high. I eat very carefully, mostly plant based, occasionally have wild salmon. I only use natural remedies. Is there a good homeopathic remedy to help with High Blood Pressure as a result of overwork ( literary and theatrical teacher to hundreds of under served children/ work and financial stress?
