Tibia Tendonitis

I have tibia tendonitis; my shin hurts (similar to plantar fasciitis); pain came after stepping down with hards impact onto concrete (several times); I got a contrast bone scan (no stress fractures); any remedy to help heal fascia, tendons, ligaments that I damaged? thanks
