Depression and Mental Instability

Hi I am suffering from several mental imbalances and wondering if anyone could suggest a remidy ( I am sensitive so probably don't need a high dose)

29 Female, thin, fair skin, dark blonde hair

Mental Symptoms : (Strongest)

I have depression, sadness, pressure on my body and in head
very sad / anxious in the morning
sad and scared at night time when try to sleep
sometimes with weeping at night time

dreams of my partner cheating

I feel very unloved easily and fear of being left /
fear of being cheated on ( excessive fear )

anxiety that is causing hair pulling / skin picking in order to calm down

I have fear of making decisions
fear of wrong decision


Physical Symptoms that are strongest :

cannot have intercourse without strong pain
generally strong pain and burning sensation in vagina
pain on right side of ovaries more than left side
feels like clenching of entire abdomen
generally dull ache of the region + burning of the interior
Occasional itching ( only med diagnosis was Candida once )

feel sometimes anger after intercourse


Other Symptoms : ( not so important I just want to fix the above ones really )

very thin
cannot gain weight
medium acne

suddenly have wrinkles around my face at mouth corners
feeling of depleted
skin is dry with sometimes rash but also oily face

want to be alone but afraid at night time
dont want to talk but feel the need to express
afraid to speak
afraid of angry people

what helps me is warm bath, sleeping, swimming in the ocean, going outside, helping someone, being touched

worse : being alone at night time, sleeping alone, after argument, around group of strangers,
