Initially she had a good amount of relief . Grinding of teeth reduced considerably as well as the issue of blocked nose.
However, After few days she caught the cold again maybe due to the extreme cold weather here.
Now she again has blocked nose, cough, congestion, absent mindedness, lethargy. She always wants to lie down and do nothing. Her tonsils are aggravated and shes unable to eat anything .

Symptoms are as follow after 4 days.

Nose blocked completely. No relief in that. Heavy snoring at night. Sleeps with mouth open. Still has severe cold. Very less thirst. Doesnt want to bathe or put water on her hands for simple washing.
At home feels cold but when outside feels hot. Wants to uncover her jacket when out .


Slight cough. Lots of phlegm. Phlegm is yellow colored. Wants to drink cold water but prefers warmth around herb at home. Wants to be at home all day doing nothing.
Normally she is interested in studies but since shes been unwell she is completely disinterested in her studies.

Lots of fatigue. Since shes been unwell she isnt sleeping alone in her room. She wants company all the time.

There is much relief in her cold symptoms. No fatigue now.
Nose is no longer blocked though there is some mucus and phlegm yet .
Snoring is heavy during the night.
Teeth grinding is present sometimes too.

My daughter was doing quite well until we all members for the family were hit by the flu. I continued with KM during the flu. Right now shes recovered well from the flu.

Snoring is the same as before; quite loud and severe. Her voice isnt clear but muffled like it happens when nose is blocked.
I am worried this is some kind of adenoids issue.
Also as told earlier very few of her milk teeth have fallen off. She will be 12 years old this year.
The old milk teeth are mostly black with cavity.

Grinding is present sometimes. During her flu as per her symptoms I had given her belladonna 30. What I noticed is that this has helped with her grinding of teeth .

Symptoms as follows
My daughter complains of fatigue. Shes a heavy sleeper yet when she wakes up even after 10 hours of sleep shes drowsy and tired.
Snoring is the same as before..Quite intense at certain parts of the night and silent at other times. Grinding which had reduced before is the same now..No further increase or further decrease .
Her nose isnt blocked yet when she talks her speech appears to be muffled . Her speech isnt clear and when she tries to talk fast , speech gets difficult and slurred.
Teeth as described in the above post. Heavily cavity ridden and front tooth has a heavy black calcium deposit which doesnt come off with normal brushing.

My daughter was quite well last week until Friday night where suddenly she developed extreme pain on her backside below shoulder part. Also she had low grade fever, nausea & abdominal pain. I applied some ointment and later the pain subsided. Her nausea continued whereas finally she started vomiting. We gave her some home remedies and she was better. The vomiting stopped but other symptoms started. I think at that time due to acid reflux she had difficult respiration which too subsided in a day.

Slowly her back pain and neck pain caught up alongwith low grade fever. Right now following are the symptoms:
Severe back pain.
Severe neck pain.
Rigid back & neck.
Movement causes great pain where she cries out loudly.
Shes unable to walk around or sit without support or get up without support.
Turning around/ switching sides in bed is close to impossible for her.
Headache on/off.
Severe pain at tip of the nose and temples
Wants lots of pressure and massage on her back/ neck/ temples/tip of nose.
Lots of thirst with drinking lots of water.
Appetite is low.
Tongue is white coated kind of cheesy type with spots.
Extreme drowsiness.
No constipation.
Urine is fine too.
Low grade fever sometimes / feverish otherwise.
Left ear pain coming from neck which makes her cry out.
Extreme sensitivity to light & noise. She is unable to tolerate both. Sensitivity to both natural & artificial light.
Clinginess / wants one of her parent to sit beside her.
Wants her head to be in elevated position.
Symptoms all above aggravate at night.
Anger sometimes too.
Desires spicy/junk food ( but currently giving her only simple khichdi / Rava etc,)

Hello doc,
We visited the hospital in emergency because my daughters deteriorating condition.
Urine and blood tests were done . COVID test too was done. The tests all came negative with no signs of infection . Heartbeat was between 115-120 BPM.
However the doctor on physical examination said that its a viral flu . Only paracetamol and vitamin D was given.
I continued with your recommended medications.
Based on her symptoms I also took the liberty to give her Belladonna when she was having recurrent fever. This helped her a lot too.
After 4 days here are the symptoms:

Neck pain exists but reduced considerably.
Back pain too exists but reduced considerably.
Morning is very difficult for her to get up and move.
Midnight 3-4 am she has restlessness and aggravation of all her symptoms.
Appetite is improved.
No nausea.
Extreme fatigueness and she resists moving. She is slouched on the sofa all day. Doesnt prefer the bed because it is discomforting .
She had 2-3 bouts of vertigo for few mins in last 4 days.
Breathlessness comes on suddenly sometimes.
Hasnt passed stools since a week but no discomfort in stomach.
There are red small suppressed spots on skin( feet, lower leg portion, palms and some on hands too )which is below the skin surface on touching; though has the appearance to be on the skin.
Itching exists on these spots which is less sometimes and aggravated otherwise.
There is medium pain in the soles of feet on walking.
Gets very clingy at times and angry too sometimes.
No fever.
Until yesterday her thirst was intense, drinking large amount of water but today it is subdued.

Is this a case of meningitis ?
I am extremely worried. Her symptoms keep fluctuating a lot

A medical checkup of urine blood ecg was done at the hospital . They said all clear. But possibility of a viral

Can some additional supporting remedies be given for meningitis. If they help her condition they can be continued, otherwise stopped.
