Allergy

Hello and thank you in advanced!
I have a son 7 years old. He has allergies in: histamine, alternaria, secale, barley and cypress.
As result of these allergies he become very skinny, he cannot eat much and he suffers with sleep apnea and blocked nose.
Doctors want to do surgery on adenoids and tonsils because they are enlarged.
I am pretty sure that if them removed the problem maybe be worst or not be improved.
I give him lachesis 200ch and his night was more breathable. But i dont know how i must continue.
I need help with his allergies.
Thank you for your time.
