Anal Fissure

Helllo, My name is Rakiba. I live in Dallas, Texas. I have two fissure my doctor told me this near April when i did my colonoscopy. The fissure is still there and i am taking some Homiopathic. But i dont see it helping me that much. I still have swollen skin tags, squeezed anal area, and it bleeds too. I bleed 3-4 drops and i am only eating veggies and rice and plenty of water. I have been dealing with it since February 2024. Please suggest me a good homeopathic please. I need something asap for me to cure this chronic disease. Its been so hard for me to live a regular life. I cant go to work and work properly. Its very frustrating and mentally draining for me. Please advise me something. Lots of prayer for you doctor for helping us in this situation. :(

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.

NUX VOM 200

15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.

DAY 4 ONWARDS

NITRIC ACID 30.

Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.

Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.

Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.

IN ADDITION SILICEA 6X AND CALC FLUOR 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

Hello, I live in usa. for the Nux Vomica you mentioned to take 15drops. But its comes with pellets. Should i then mix 15pellets with the water?

Hamamelis Virginica Mother Tincture-10-15 drops diluted in half cup of water thrice a day.

Apply externally also.

If the bleeding has commenced after Having the recommended remedies,stop them and give a feedback after 4 days.
