Pimples

Dear sir,

My daughter is 10 years old who is having pimples, black heads in her face and roughness on the nose,

Also odour from the under arms even after using several soaps since childhood,

Kindly suggest medicines

Also my daughter is having scar above the knee, she had an injury and from the outside it looks like recovered, but when we touch the scar, she feels pain.
