Reflux and Eczema in 6 month old

Hi,
I am at the end of my rope. My daughter has severe GER...it is acidic and it does HURT her. She will be 6 months old in about a week. She has been on Zantac to no avail and now has started Prevacid. Her specialist also changed her formula to Nutramigen. I was breastfeeding, but stopped b/c Dr. thought the dairy in my diet was aggrevating her reflux. She was put on Soy formula and I saw a temporary change, then the reflux escalated; interrupting her sleep, naps etc...when her Dr. changed her formula and meds I saw a temporary improvement again; however, she is now back to square one. She arches during all feedings and sometimes in between. She now rubs her eyes, nose, face, and makes a noise as if she is 'scratching' the back of her throat. She also has a runny/stuffy nose occasionally. She has had eczema since about 2-3 mos of age and it has worsened since the change in formula/meds. Please help, this is interrupting her sleep as well as her well being. She is normally a VERY happy baby but does complain when she has a flare up in episodes! I am very worried about her being on meds as well. She is also starting to refuse feedings and is only getting about 25 oz MAX a day of formula. I am worried that this is not enough!
