I have dandruff since i have been a child, now 57

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I have suffered from dandruff for 10 yrs and it has been gone for 3 months now. I started taking a product called SeaVegg. It is a multi vitamin taken from 12 different forms of sea vegetation. It is supposed to promote healthy skin hair and nails. After taking this for 1 and a half wks my dandruff was gone and has not returned. HTH
