Balanitis and UTI. Male mid-40s

Would appreciate help please.
I got balanitis last year. Have shown several dr, dermatologists, urologists. The redness comes and goes but, never completely disappears. After intercourse, the candida infection comes back. It has been 8 months now.
Two months ago - I got a UTI due to enterococcus bacteria. Have had two rounds of antibiotics. Had the same problems 6 years ago. Urologist has done ultrasound and found nothing. Bladder is emptying very well. Prostate health is good. However, when I urinate sometimes I will get this feeling that urine is stuck in the urethra. At times my bladder area feels sore.
I also suffer from major anxiety and panic attacks, hopelessness.
Please help.

Please take three doses of Sulphur 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

I read on abchomeopathy to try rhux tox and petroleum. I am having both in 30c potency.
Should I stop this and take only Sulphur 200?
