Correct Dosage
Hi,I have a 8cm ovarian (chocolate) cyst on my right ovary and have found, after quite some research, that bellis perennis will help.
My problem, however, comes in with the correct dosage.
I can only buy it in 200c pellets - please can anyone please advise on how to take these as well as the correct dosage.
Thanks so much.

4. Single
5. 80kg
6. 1,67m
7. South Africa
8. Mediterranean climate, with mild, moderately wet winters and dry, warm summers.
9. 8cm chocolate cyst on my right ovary, causing pain during first 2 days of menses.

11. Non-diabetic
12. Salt
13. Normal
14. Normal
15. Not sure, but was normal the last time I had it checked (± 2months ago)
16. Severe pain with menses as well as some pressure on my bladder (although this happens rarely, I have encountered it). Have been for quite a number of ultra-sounds to monitor the state of the cyst during the last year. From this we learned that it's not getting bigger, it's not twisted or in the process of twisting around my ovary/fallopian tube and it didn't respond to hormonal treatment.
17. Quite good when I don't have my period, except for some emotional patches, which could be contributed to PMS, as these occur mainly a week before the onset of menses.
18. I can't go to work because of the pain.
19. Painful
20. Feels as if someone or something grabbed hold of my uterus and is busy twisting and pulling it.
21.
22.
23.
24.
25. Except for a daily dose of multi-vitamin, cod liver oil & calcium/magnesium, I'm not taking any other medications. I do however take anti-histamine and paracetamol sporadically.
26. I'm the eldest of 3 children - with a younger sister and brother, both healthy. Both parents still alive and well.
27. National Diploma
28. Receptionist
29. Not really
30. None that I can think of
31. I don't get angry or irritated easily. I have good control over my emotions and behaviour in general. Peace-lover and would go to great lengths to avoid conflict.
32.
33.
34. Right ovary
35. Right
36. Milky discharge before and after menses - was told that it's a mild yeast infection.
37. Usually starts around the 29th of the month.
I used to have irregular periods, but it stabilised about 2years ago.
38. No
You'll notice that I left a few blank spaces, but I don't really have any answers to those.
Hope these will help.
Kind regards,
LiNG
