Try taking plain gelatin. One person on here says that is all
she does and it works. Gelatin is a protein that develops collagen
to keep things working right.
Google Livestrong, arthritis relief with gelatin.

Hi-
The horn beam is a Bach flower remedy. This is not a homeopathic
remedy- it is flower essence. They have the Bach Flower remedies
at Whole foods. Call them up and make sure they have Hornbeam.
If not just google where to buy the bach flower remedies online
or in stock near you.
The OAN is what they call a nosode remedy and you can only
get this at Helios Homeopathic Pharm. in the UK. Order the
#6 pills, and the 4gm bottle and get the 1 M potency. It takes
about 5 to 7 days from the UK. You may want to order the Rhus Tox from
Helios also to save on shipping.

When you go onto helios and click the remedy name-
there are choices- they show a variety of pill sizes,
and then a quantity choice- that is the 4gm bottle size
and then 1 M is the potency/strength of the remedy. I put
the info about what to pick so you won't get confused.
Rhus tox you may want a the next size up in the bottle bc
you need more pills. That one the potency is 200c-200 means
same but they list it as 200c on ordering sites not 200.
Remedies are made so diluted that the only thing in
them above 12x is a molecule imprint. The remedy is to
stimulate your own life force to clear things. Rhus tox
is for stiffness that eases up with movement. OAN is made
from some substance ( you can google it) probably from
of something- that had actual osteoarthritis. If you want
to know more google what are homeopathic nosodes and
sarcodes.

For what you are being told to take-you need about 180 pills of Rhus tox.
I do not think 4 grams is going to do it.
You have the #6 and 200 right-
you may want to email them and ask how many
#6 pills are in 4 grams.
I think you should go down to the pill size that
is one less than #6 and order the 8 gram bottle
of 200 Rhus Tox.
