Suffering from Chronic Anal fissure and other problems

Hello,
I have been suffering from chronic anal fissure for over a year. I have some problems too which I have mentioned below. I took some medicines as suggested by the homeopathy doctors but no result so far.

Here are list of medicines I have taken.

1. Nat-mur 30c, 2ooc
2. Staph
3. Silicea 200c
4. Arg-nit 200c

Age: 31
Sex: Male
Started: Over one year ago

Complaints:
-- A. My first problem is anal fissure. It happened over an year ago due to constipation. There was a tear at the end of the anus and a thin flesh (like the tip of a bird's lip) appeared. At first it was hurting very much during the bowel movement (BM), during walking, sitting, etc. But as the time goes, constipation happened a few time along the last 9 months. Now it does not hurt during BM but I cannot sit longer, or cannot sit straight. I have to put pressure on left hip and sit like that. Have a burning sensation in the rectum during BM and sometime during urination. If the stool is even a little hard, the area around the thin flesh and the wound become sore. Most of the time the thin flesh hides somewhere at the end of the anus but it comes out if I have constipation or big stool.
If the stool is a bit hard, the whole anus becomes a bit sore.

-- BM is not normal. I always have to go to toilet twice in the morning. Otherwise it’s not cleared.
--I have sebaceous cyst or noodle type things in my scrotum for 7-8 years. They are 15-16 in numbers and pea size. Sometime whitish substance comes out from them along with blood. I can send you pictures if you need.
--- Have premature ejaculation. Penis size seems to be smaller. Its around 5inch when erected. Sometime the middle area of the penis is thinner than the top and the bottom. Sometime while urinating, I feel a little burning sensation.

Location:
-- Anal fissure location is at the top of the anus. Mostly in the right side. It affects the whole anus too. Sometime both the hips hurt if I sit straight or a bit longer. I always put pressure on the left hip while sitting.
-- Cyst location is in the scrotum.

Sensation:
--- For anal fissure, it simply the pain. Cannot sit or even sleep straight. Another issue is my anal hair. My anal hair is quite long. As a result it makes itching sensation with the anal fissure wound and even with the anus. Sometime, I feel a tweaking sensation with a bit pain in the anus. When I get an erection, I can feel the pressure in the anal fissure area too.
--- for the cyst, its mostly the itching sensation. When the whitish substance comes out, it feels like burning while coming in touch with water.

WHAT MAKES YOU WORSE OR BETTER
--- anal fissure gets worse during the constipation. It also gets worse if I sit on too soft chair or too hard chair. It also seems to get worse after MASTERBATION. Depression also makes it worse. Normal stool usually keep the fissure normal.
--- Cyst usually gets worse and increase in size if it burst out. It also increases in number for the same reason. Don’t know if masturbation has any effect on that.
