anal fissure
Suffering from anal fissure from last few months .Feels unbearable pain after passing the stool. Have to take allopathic pain killer to get relief. Also applying dilitact gel in the anus but it is very difficult to put finger inside as it pains.Also taking yellow tab one tab daily for constipation in the night.It seems the wounds are there inside the anus.
I am also suffering from unidentified connected tissue diease for which i am taking following allopathic medicines.

DERIPHYLIN 300
NUMALO S FOR BLOOD PRESSURE
Please advice the medicine for pain and recovery.

Any medicine for immediate relief in pain in the anus as unbearable pain is felt after passing the stool though stool is soft.
Also using dilitact ointment but pain persists and have to take ENZOFLAM an allopathic medicine which shows result after 2-3 hours.

Aesculus 30 three times for five days .nit acid 30 at bed time for five days .

Taking ascules 30 three times aday and nitric acid 30 at bed time but there is no relief in pain and have to take allopathic medicine.
Can you please advice medicine for pain relief which is effective.
