Dry nose and throat allergy

Hi..
My son is 7.5 years old. From few months he is having an issue of dry nose at night. He can't sleep well. Some times he bleed from his nose but not much. He bleed very less once in a month but twice this month. This thing started from this year, never experienced it before. I went to the doctor for his checkup. He told us every thing is ok. Bleeding is inheritted as my husband's sister also had this problem when she was young.(but she was having a severe problem my son is having not much).Doctor told us when he will be 14 to 15 years old, his veins in nose will get stronger with the passage of time. He gave him Zyrtec one spoon at night for 4 weeks. He also suggested to steam him.
I didn't started this medicine yet as I always go for homeopathy and never used any English medicines. Now from two days he is having severe problem from evening till morning.. He says one of his nostril (right one) is getting extremely dry. And his throat is also getting dry. He can't breath and can't speak can't swallow as this thing in throat is very irritating. He feel sone kind of smell in his throat. He spit mucus white colored sticky and fresh. Is their any solution for this allergy in homeopathy? Also tell the duration for how long I have to give the remedy.
