Whey Protein allergy

Hello Dr.
I am 40 yrs man and I almost regular visit Gym.
but when ever I take Whey protein from any brand, there are some hives develop on my neck at just below where hair ends and some on elbow as well.

I used sulphur 30, and it gave some relief, but again if I take whey protein it will elevate.

Please suggest me to get rid of it permanently.

Thank You.
Rajeev

Your body is giving you a sign and you want to suppress it. Whey, from any brand, is a highly transformed product and is usually full of garbage. Stay away from it if you can.

Eat eggs, chicken, red meat, lentils, fish and cheese.
