Vaginal discharge

6 year old daughter is having discharge in her under wear it appears to be dark yellow in color. No compliants sometimes she will have redness and inflamed labia but right now nothing and still seeing discharge in underwear.

Her discharge seemed to have lessened however she still has a strong fish odor type smell. I know she’s not the best at cleaning down there but there is always a strong bad odor when we change her underwear and before bathing. No redness or irritation.

It says it only ships to India. I am in the United States.
