Achilles tendonitis, tendon inflammation in right leg.

I have a strong stiffness in the back of my leg for too long, and it appears that the tendon is inflamed. I walk three miles every morning, but this is becoming so uncomfortable to do. Please, recommend medication and daily dosis to take, thanks.
