Tonsils problem of kids

My son is 5 years old. He is getting periodic fever every week for last 1.5 monhts. for ex if he gets fever on wed it will subside by friday and restart next wed. Did all blood test chestxray everything is fine.
but most of the times his tonsils are swollen and have white patches especially on right side. Doc did strep test but again mostly negative except for few times then only he gives him antibiotics.ENT specialist says does not have very enlarged tonsils to go for tonsilectomy but watch for a month.
past history: had same thing when he was 3 yrs old and this periodic fever burnt out itslef after 9 monhts(march-sept).
Symptom:fever onset,gets high fever(104) ,feels cold when fever is rising, red tonsils, swollen and white patches on them.
please help me if anyone has any solution to his problem

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Tuberculinum 200c,one dose every week and Mercurius iodatus flavus 3x,one tablet thrice daily till cure.

Hi Bansal If U dont have any relief from the above mentined medicines then give him Tonsil- Aid tabs by back sons.
Dose 1 Tab in luke warm(little warm) water 4 times a day and if he feels fever increase the dose.
Also gargil with luke warm water with a little salt 3 times a day will be very effective for him.
Insha Allah he will recover soon.

Actually he is taking tonsil- aid for last 2 yrs...recently he had Hepar sulphur also but nothing worked out

My son suffered with periodic fever for over 1 year. He had fevers like clockwork every 20-22 days and they last for 4-5 days. Having the tonsils removed completely cured him. I highly suggest you have explore having his tonsils removed
