Sinus headaches/ Allergy to Heat & Humidity.
I am a 36 year old male Suffering from regular sinus headaches for many years. The main trigger factors are cold winds/dust/ and now a days even the fan running at high speed sometimes gives me headahe next morning. My head and face swellls up and look puffed up. Infact i start looking balder than i actually am when my head swells up. The pain alternates between right and left sides.Sometimes i get up from sleep with a headache. My eyes also become heavy and ache a lot( left eye during left side headache & vice versa. During the headache i become very dull and sometimes yawn a lot.I get relief after heavy perspiration on the forhead either after a steam/nasal irrigation of some homeo medicine.
Sometimes i get pain in th back of my neck also occassionaly there is blood in my nasal discharge.
I also have a problem of frequent cough cold and allergy. Just can not tolerate any kind of wind. There is always cough in my chest.
I sweat very profusely during summers and feel extremely weak and lethargic after sweating. Just dont feel like doing anything. I think i have also become allergic to heat and humidity since last year. I feel absolutely fine in cold weather as long as my head and body are well protected.
As a child i had infantile asthama, artecaria and chrnic exema for many years.
My digestive system is sensitive and i dont sleep soundly. I am very short tempered and get irritated very fast.
Tried kali MUR and Kali Sulph 6X for a couple of weeks but no benefit. One doctor suggested SENEGA Q for 10 days. Havent tried it though.
Will somebody competent be kind enough to help.
