Very high fever

Doctor,

My daughter, 10 months old, is suffering from very high fever since yesterday. The temperature is rising very fast for number of times a day. We have consulted a child specialist who has told us that it is due to viral infection i.e. she is suffering from viral fever. Oral paracetamol drop is being applied but the problem is that the medicine can be applied only 4 times a day with an interval of 6 hours. Frequent cold compress and bath is required to arrest the mounting temperature. Aconite Nap 30, one drop twice daily, is also being applied for remission of fever. Kindly suggest whether Aconite Nap will help or any other homeopathic medicine is required.
