Help Needed fever from 5 days

Weight-60 kg
i am feeling that i have fever from last 4-5 days
symptoms
1.Feeling my body hot specially head and ears.
2.in thermometer tempratyre is always near 98
3.pain in lower legs
4.no or less desire to eat as usually we feel in fever
5
5.Pain in whole body
6.shortness of breath
7.i have no Cold and No Cough Problem
i am surpised that always when i check my temprature in thermometer it is near about 98
then why i am having fever like symptoms
My Medical History
i have history of typhoid fever two time in my life
First in July 2013
second July 2014
I have Tested my blood for typhoid and TLC DLC HB
HB-11 gm'
TLC-7900
Neutrophils-69
Lymphocytes-29
Monocytes-00
Eosinophils-02
Basophile-Nill
S.Typhl'o'-140
S.Typhl'H'140
please help to solve this
