Hair fall

My maternal aunt is 82 years old.
She was treated for typhoid 2 months back.

She is wiry thin . She totally dislikes to drink water and dislikes bland food.
She craves cold flavoured beverages. She likes well cooked and seasoned food.

She often suffers from cold, congestoon and cough problems.
She is fairly active person.

Problem..She is very disturbed due to heavy hair fall. Her jovial spirits are disappearing becoz of it. She has been told her hair will not grow back.
She experience sharp sensation of irritation and itching as if lots of lice is crawling on her scalp previous to hair fall

Earlir too she used to have this sensation in summers followed by heavy hair fall but it used to grow back. But now its leaving her bald and she is very very disturbed.
