Genital herpes - Arsenium album 200c

New to forum + homeopathy so bear with me

Was diagnosed with GH 3 years ago - outbreak v rare nowadays (maybe twice a year when run down, too much alcohol or stress).
Have managed to curb latest outbreak (did not even get a blister) with sleep and positive thinking.

Following a forum message have ordered Arsenic album 200c and nat. mur. 6c - how often shall i take those?
Pretty stressed at moment as with new partner... yet to have the "dreaded talk".
