Gentian was recommended for those who are easily discouraged and have a tendency to avoid things due to minor hindrances, which leads to doubt and a loss of faith in themselves, causing them to avoid things altogether.
Red Chestnut was recommended for those who are overly concerned about the welfare of their family members leading to mental trepidation.
Stop taking these remedies for now. Wait a few days before updating again.
If any of the other remedies previously recommended didn’t helped with a particular symptom, you should have mentioned this in your last few updates, rather than only updating when the issue becomes a problem.
