I can't begin to tell you how much I appretiate your concern ...
I got mt meds today and will wait for your further instructions ..
I was again able to manage the pain with your remedies ..
As usual pain was bad in the morning after BM.. Also there was swelling on the anus. Along with the pain It felt as if there is something very heavy in the rectum on the left side.also some itching in the evening.

I took ruta and hyper 2wice in just 4 hours in the morning and since then till now there has been no pain at all

I'm able to and drive also without any problem
Pl advise how to take the meds now and will start either tonight or in morning as I hear from you

Update :
After BM pain was just half of what it was 2 days ago
Still lot of discomfort.

About pain:
During BM I feel heaviness in the left side of rsctum on the inside..
20 min after BM .. Heaviness is gone and pain starts on right side of rectum .. Slightly on the anus too
Swelling is not as much


Will take the remedy u adviced
How about natphaos dr nawaz ?
I'm so afraid of hard stools as it makes it worse

hi dr nawaz-
pain is much better..
i took aconite at 9 AM today.. it took good 1-2 hours to act but after that it got better.
taking Nat Phos also as you suggested..

one more thing i wanted to let u know and may be its not that important.

i feel more pain if im hungry.
as soon as i have something to eat.. pain gets better which is mostly right after lunch.

Once again its a good day for me. I had pain started yesterday night it was a bit severe (Not as the one I had earlier) I thought of taking aconate 1M. then I though of seeing the extent of pain which may give some better idea. then In the midnight while BM, I had pus discharge (Light yellow) then after the pain got reduced. and again in the morning had a couple of pus discharge mixed 1 or 2 drops of blood. then the pain is back to normal (little and bearable) so happy again. but the only thing that I am worrying about still my stool passage is from fistula track only and I am having pus discharge daily (Some times very little like 1 or 2 drops some times about 5 to 6 drops).
is this something to be worried ?

and forgot to mention acidity is very much in control, no severe burning in last couple of days.

so after 1 PM ther was no pain at all... it was like life geting to normal but i know that will change rigth after the BM tomorrow ;(

i have taken Coffee Cruda . pl advice for tomororw ? shd i repeat dosage?

there is one more problem: i later noticed that the bottle of Chamomilla 1M was leaking and seal was broken :( i need to return that meds back and re-order. will I need that right now ?

Good morning. To give the information clearly let me explain in this way.

I am in india, now its 12 PM IST here. I had, fruites in breakfast, weat roti with veg leaf curry in lunch and dinner on Thursday and on friday I skipped breakfast had 1 roti and 1/2 cup of rice with vegitable curry and 2 rotis vegitable curry in dinner.

my severe pain started on thursday 11 pm in the night and reduced after pus discharge while having BM at 4 am in the early morning of friday. and the pain complete reduced on friday morning after having BM at 11 AM.

remedies taken:

on thursday: 3 doses of nux vomica 30 c.
On friday: 3 doses of BVQ, 1 dose of callendula 200c and 2 doses of Hypericum 200C.

my current situation is very good. very little bit of pain, no pus discharge today, swelling getting reduced day by day (Currently I have swelling only on the top side of fistula track )acidity is under control only worrying thing is stool passing is still from fistula track.

Thanks for the update. You must cut down on the rice, potatoes, cauliflower, peas and cold drinks.

Please take Belladonna 200C, one daily dose, for 3 days,to reduce swelling.

Continue with other remedies as suggested.

Yeah no bleeding from couple of days, so I ll complete today's dose and stop from tomorrow.

I dont have exact answer, the track looks like the actual track is extended about 1 1/2 inch in the top side of the actual track and as per doc its fistula track. when ever I pass the stool, the stools are coming through top side. I can email or upload if you think that will help in understanding the problem.

It was just one bottle hat was damaged .. Rest of the order is ok

Toda after BM pain is there but it's bearable ... It's still in the right side on the anus not o the inside
For some reason I had a little hard stools .. Need to drink more water I guess

pain is slightly better today..had pain till 1 PM and after that nothing.


i have taken Ruta (once)and Hypericum (twice) today.
also increased the dosage of nat phos
as you suggested.
Chamomilla will take 4 days atleast.. i have snet the package back and now will wait for replacement
please suggest what to do next.
