Dear Nawaaz,

I have called few stores but they dont have Nat Sulp 6X. There are some stores after 40 miles which I would check tomorrow and see. If not I have to order online but it takes few days.

Today symptom as follows :

- Had slight itching around 2 PM.

- Noted the oozing slightly.

- When I got home in the evening, touched the oozing and it was little hard. When I gently pressed the sides, the PUS came out. It was slight gray in color and thick.

- After 1-2 drops of PUS, then blood drained in 1-2 drops.

- No Pain once its drained.

I did not take any medicines for the past 2 days.

Please let me know if I need to take anything now.

However, please take a dose of Silicea 200C this morning before going to work.

Also, please take Calendula Officinalis 6X, 4 tablets under your tongue, 3 times a day, to reduce infection.

Sorry for the previous lack of communications regarding the remedies in hand.

You see Raj, we are forced to change remedy when your state and symptoms change, but, I am hopeful that we are moving in the right direction.

Down the road, we may also need the following 3 remedies.

1. Pulsatilla 30C
2. Berberis Vulgaris Q 3. Hydrastis Q

Hi Nawaz!
I got your latest message you wrote yesterday (7th dec) today telling me to take another Myr Serb 200c dose this morning. I am not sure if you meant yesterday morning (7th dec) or today (the 8th)! I took a second dose of Myr Seb 200c last night as you suggested. I do not have the medicine with me so I will take a third dose as soon as I get home this evening if you wanted me to take it again today.
I assume you got my long message yesterday updating everything for you (page 86 towards the bottom on this forum). Today fistula is small and not too full of liquid. I have not used a needle and nothing is discharging. I have had no BM at all and all feels very tight in the guts but breathing deeply to try and relax it! Took 5 doses of Nat Phos 6x (5 tablets each dose) yesterday. I will get some more calendula 30c and take 4 pellets 3 times a day as you suggest.

It is safe to take 2 doses of Myristica Seb. 200C per day at the fistula stage you are in. Therefore, I requested you to take one dose this morning (08DEC2010). But, unfortunately, you did not read the message this morning. Not a problem, please take one dose when you get home today.

Also, it is very important now to take Calendula 30C, 3 times a day as suggested for infection control and fistula healing!

I don't understand the cause of your constipation??? Did you sleep and eat well last night? What is your state of mind now? Please give details.

Also, let's not take Arnica anymore, if your heel pain is OK now?

Thanks for the reply. I will get the calendula ASAP as I am running out. I'll take the Myr Seb 200c tonight.

Should I take it twice tomorrow - morning and evening or not take it for a few days?


I will stop taking the arnica - the heel is still very sore but I am seeing a physio on friday.

With regard to constipation - I slept okayish last night but not as well as I normally do - as I don't sleep as well when I am working. I ate normally - maybe slightly less than normal. I think it is tension that causes the recurrent constipation so I do practice daily relaxation techniques and deep breathing etc. I am hoping the bowels will settle down soon! And of course not worrying about the constipation will help so trying to do that too!

I have couple of queations regarding what you mentioned -

(1) Is Hydrastis Q same as Hydrastis Robinea 30 ? I have Hydrastis Robinea 30 pills with me.

Please let me know about Hydrastis Q and Hydrastis Robinea 30 ASAP.



(2) For Berb Vulg Q, I am sometime having it in small amount of cold sometime in bit warm water. Is there some preference for cold or hot water ?

Hydrastis Canadensis Q is the name of your remedy that will correct your fistula and itching. This remedy may be easily available in a health store close to you. Please get it ASAP to reduce your itching.

Therefore, we can not use Hydrastis Robinea 30, sorry.

A bit warm water is OK, continue with Berberis Vulgaris.
