The sensation of something stuck in throat is milder but still there, stone is still there. Ive been sneezing a lot.

If all symptoms persist without change, try Nat-m 30c.

Stomach improved on its own without nat-mur - but right sinus is much worse. Right nostril completely blocked at night but improved a bit on standing and with cool air, tonsil has stones and estuation tube is tickling and blocked. I also started coughing at night again, this plagued me for many years but was gone for more than a year, the weather switched from snow to rain and the snow is melting - it seems to get worse in rain and windy days/nights. Tends to wake me at 2-4am to cough for 30 minutes - 1 hour. feels as if thick phlegm is caught in the location just above right collar bone. Also had chest fluttering before bed, as if food or air rises up in the middle chest, makes a flutter and causes my hear to beat fast.

The most concerning thing right now is the chest fluttering sensation - Im afraid this will happen in the dentist chair. Its a sensation of something stuck/slowly rising just to the right side of the center of my chest (like air or air & food) when it reaches a few inches below the collar bone if I dont immediately sit up straight and tap on my chest my heart starts beating rapidly. Ive had episodes in the past that lasted for 10-15 minutes causing me to sweat and shake all over (this hasnt happened in the last few days) I have to constantly sip water until it passes. Doctor said it may be a small hiatal hernia. Im also getting a sharp pain in the same area of my chest when I cough - feels like gas but an unusual sensation.

No coughing last night thankfully. The weather was calm, dry and cold outside yesterday. Im wondering if the chest fluttering along with the throat symptoms could be GERD. Throat looks irritated in the very back with a small amount of whiteish/clear film. Im hoping this will resolve quickly or Ill have to cancel my dental appointment. Still having the feeling of air/lump in chest on waking, If I cough it tingles in a small area around right breast (like the size of a fingerprint), a lot of belching.

Had the dental work done - two top left molars had extensive decay under old fillings - teeth look black, I wanted him to remove all the decay but he refused to go deeper afraid it would hurt me too much so placed filling over the remaining decay. Slight nerve pain - Took 1 dose of hypericum. Teeth and surrounding gums feel uncomfortable, jaw feels tired, have a headache and mild sore throat. Im wondering if theres anything that can heal the trapped decay under the fillings? He thinks I need the 3rd molar removed and a root canal and crown on the second but said just watch and wait for a while.

Try Staphisagria 6c for the trapped decay under the fillings. If that doesnt work, try Selenium 6c.
The other symptoms should get better on their own.
Is there any nerve pain after Hyper, apart from the discomfort?
Any instances of chest fluttering and palpitations during the procedure?
What about your other symptoms?

Thank you
Yes theres been some nerve pain - got worse as the day progressed, especially on eating, seems okay this morning but havent eaten yet. Sinuses are very blocked and have phlegm causing a cough in the right side of bronchial tubes/throat - seems likely due to exposures to chemicals at the dentist office. Feeling of something stuck between nose & throat is back and there are also some tonsil stones. No chest fluttering yesterday but did have a mild sensation of gas trapped in the area - that has passed.
As for other symptoms I just feel generally tired and unwell but okay. Just take one single wet does of the Staph?

Do you think Hekla Lava is an option, I have it in both 30C and 6x titration tablets
ASmith2 8 months ago
If all present symptoms persist without change, try Lyc 30c.
If you have Staph 30c it may also work but you will need to reduce the size and frequency of the dose, but 6c is preferred as the problem is localised. You can take it after your current symptoms have passed.
Hecla is indicated less for decayed teeth and more for neuralgic pain after tooth extraction and gum abscesses from decayed teeth, but it may still work for decayed teeth in certain situations if other symptoms match.
What was the extent of the decay, did it extend to the dentin or beyond?

Yes decay was well into the dentin - may not have reached the nerve but the nerve had formed a stone due to the damage (the tooth protects itself this way - the dentist said its an anomaly thats quite rare) areas of hardened black tissue as well as soft brown tissue. The fillings were leaking since placed in 2010. There was originally only a very minor cavity with a tiny amalgam filling prior to the incident in 2010 where an older dentist insisted I remove the amalgam but while in my mouth his hand cramped up and he accidently chipped off a huge amount of two molars, he placed two composite fillings and they pained for 3 years but improved - they started paining again the past few years and it was discovered that decay was forming under the old fillings. Yesterday he only cleared a portion of the decay and just placed a filling with no calcium hydroxide lining as we previously discussed - this can help prevent further decay. He showed pictures of whats under the filling and it dont look good.

Pain is increasing in the filled teeth - nerve like pain between the teeth - should I take another dose of hypericum?
ASmith2 8 months ago
Try Arnica 30c.

Since Ive had the new dental fillings my tonsil has been bothering me more, feels sore to swallow, lump like a cyst on top of tonsil under the skin, tonsil has stones, glands in neck are swollen and a feeling of something stuck in back of throat and at base of tongue as usual. A couple of tiny blisters can also be seen around the tonsil (Right side).

Try Phytolacca Deca. 30c, single ½ tsp dose.
JustSayin2 8 months ago
Small change in tonsil after taking phytolacca - small blisters gone and less sore, still has cyst and stones. Started coughing on waking have to cough up phlegm from right upper bronchial tubes, this may be seasonal as it seems to happen every spring - I initially thought in the past it was due to soil in the house from starting seedlings so I stopped starting them indoors but still get the cough - tends to get worse when weather is wet and windy. Molars and jaw have also been hurting with a headache over brow bone and I have all my typical sinus issues - tight estuation tubes, stuffy nose, sore throat. Also having an acne breakout again right side of face cheek lower & upper and over brow. Ive had cramps & mild diarrhea the past 2 days - I did try some raw carrot & zucchini - so not sure if its that.

Seems to be the symptoms of Phytolacca, if it doesnt improve on its own then try a ½ tsp dose of Sulphur 30c.
JustSayin2 8 months ago
On waking this morning I went to get up out of bed and my lower back became severely painful again. Rhus Tox is what I think was the remedy in the past - should I take this again? Pain in very low back, pain radiates under right glute to top of leg. Worse on getting up/getting down, pain on movement, feel the need to use pressure from hands to pull up on spine, difficult to stand up straight, walks bent forward, have to take stairs slowly both feet on one tread at a time.

If Phytolacca was the last remedy you took then try ½ tsp dose of Sulphur 30c.

Never took the sulphur, back started improving on its own - still not 100% better though.
Back to having a bunch of ENT issues - likely spring allergies - maybe mold allergy. Sore tonsil, feeling of something stuck in throat, clogged ears pain and heat behind right ear, sticky sensation in left ear, headache and aching in shoulders/back of neck, tired, coughing in morning, feels like tight bronchial tubes- feels fluish. Mild fever. Eye tooth is also mildly infected again. I seem to do better with cell salts rather than homeopathic remedies - anything I can take to ease these symptoms?
