Yes it was the same - maybe a little worse.

Both - its like when I swallow anything water or food it gets to the bottom of my chest plate and starts rising up as if on air - I have to stand up and pace around rubbing the area trying to belch then it goes down a bit and starts coming up again - passes about 20 minutes after eating but still have the sensation of an air bubble there and needing to belch but cant.

Took nat mur again a little while later had a snack - very mild rising up feeling but coughing a lot after eating.

Just tried to eat 3/4 of a chicken thigh - took about 40 minutes slowly chewing now it feels as if there is a large air bubble trapped in the center of my chest - much pressure. pacing and rubbing the area causes belching which gives relief for a short time (a few minutes) then it feels full again.
Toes are okay
Fingers are cold
still getting full after eating a small amount
Tried to walk 1/2 km but was too weak and tired.

Yesterday evening was bad with a lot of gas all over from behind my chest plate to under right ribs, center stomach, lwer left side and lower pelvis, had to lay flat on my back and massage my stomach to find relief.

On waking I seemed okay, then when trying to drink water I triggered the gas and the feeling of the water passing a bubble around my breastbone. Feeling the need to belch but belching doesnt bring relief. Lots of gas (passing both ways)

Still moderately gassy throughout the body.
Havent eaten yet.

Skin improved slightly but still dry and flaky with visible capillaries on left cheek.
Hands and feet feel normal.

Other symptoms:
All upper molars (both sides) sensitive to cold and sweet.
Have an acne spot inside my left ear, both ears moderately congested.

While eating breakfast food did not come up but felt slow to pass breastbone, small air bubbles were gurgling up my throat.

After eating still feel pressure under breastbone and the feeling of food remaining there with lots of belching.

Coughing after eating.

Ive taken Lyc many times before but this time as soon as I took the Lyc I felt a wave of anxiety and as if I need to take deeper breaths to get enough air, my left eye started tingling and itching.

Okay thank you. The anxiety already settled. Had a bowel movement - very constipated, the strain caused some pain to return under lower right ribs/waist area.

Same thing happened again with the oxygen feeling - tried to go for a walk - got a few hundred feet and couldnt even talk felt faint and like I wasnt getting oxygen. Eating again now and its passing off.

Able to eat better without it backing up, still slow to go down.

Eating better now, going down fairly well, much less gas.

Still eating better not coming back up but feeling full again on vey little food, belching and pains in the lower right rib down to hip region. Hungry but gets nauseated on a few bites.

Everything seems okay on waking, havent eaten yet and usually gets worse as the day progresses.

Feeling tired of boiled chicken, veggie crackers and baby food but fearful to try anything else after the episode I had after trying quinoa pasta.

Ill update after breakfast.

Felt fine but hungry on waking. Food going down okay. Immediately after eating got moderate cramps in both right and left sides. Had urgency to have a bowel movement but too constipated for much to pass. Belching.

Other symptoms:
Both ears congested
gums over left upper eye tooth inflamed (red) no discharge.

Small amount of bad tasting discharge coming out now.

Just passed a bowel movement and some gas and I dont feel any discomfort through my digestive tract at all - first time in more than 2 weeks - Im hopeful that I can try some solid food this evening.

Tooth is same - should I continue with sulphur or wait to see if digestion continues to remain okay?
