Thank you, bowels moved more freely after drinking blueberries pureed in water again. Digestion feels pretty good now - should I still take Kali-Bi?
Both eyes are irritated left worse - watering and stinging.
Coughing still at random.

At supper I tried a chicken drum not pureed - I was hungry at the time, seems if my stomach is too empty when I eat - things get worse.
Food was backing up my throat again and even water, it still feels as if theres a chunk of undigested chicken rising up to the base of throat then I belch and it goes back down to center chest. (I did chew well and eat slowly)
Pain is also coming back in right side a little below the rib in the waist area and I have flatulence as well.

Try Lyc 30c and Nat-m 6x.
Since this is a recurring problem, if this combination works again, make a note of it somewhere, along with the symptoms. That way, you can take it immediately and not wait for my confirmation.

Thank you, Ill keep note of it and use it the next time it happens.
This morning Im still constipated only passing small buttons of stool. On walking got intense stitching in lower left side but otherwise digesting okay, food is going down normally again now.

Do you ever have trouble sleeping on your right side due to pain around Liver region & do you also have pains worse from touch in the same region?

I dont have trouble sleeping on the left side from pain but I tend to sleep on my right because if I sleep on my left I sometimes get heartburn.
When the pain is active it hurts worse to touch but not at the moment.
I had a low back injury many years ago with hip flexor injury on the left side so sometimes I get pain in the liver/kidney region and Im never sure if its muscle, digestion or old injury.

Gas trapped under right rib again, not as bad as before but intense. When I rub it and stretch upward I belch but still not relieved. Take nux for this?

Try Nat-s 6x first to see if it helps to relieve the trapped gas & if pain still persists then try Nux-v.

Thank you, I Actually did that and the Nat-S worked - took a bit of massaging and effort along with it.
For my notes and the future:
Gas trapped under Right Rib- Nat-S 6x and Nux 30 if it persists
Food coming up in throat -Nat m 6x + Lyc 30
Nat-m also for pulsating near belly button
Mag-p for pain in molars
Kali-bi for ent issues
Nat-m for eyes
Is there anything Incorrect?

Keep this for your reference.
Gas trapped under Right Rib- Nat-S 6x, Gas trapped either in the upper chest or anywhere else also first try Nat-s 6x. If no help from Nat-s & if pain came just within mins after eating then only try Bella 30c.
- If 1 hr after try Carb-v 30c.
- After 2 hrs try Nux-v 30c.
Carb-v also indicated for following symptoms -
- Pain – Right under lower ribs.
- Difficult breathing while walking.
- Center chest burning.
- Desire to deep breathing but can’t get enough air.
Food coming up in throat after eating - Nat m 6x. Water coming up after drinking Lyc 30
Nat-m also for fluttering near belly button
Mag-p for radiating nerve pain on one side of the face, from molars to jaws and temples.
Kali-bi for blocked sinuses, cough with phlegm that is sticky and hard to dislodge. Cough after waking and after eating.
Nat-m for eyes with gritty sensation, swelling of conjunctiva, itching in the inner corner.

Oh is there anything I can take for this spot - Ive had it 5 days now - its hard, shiny and firm with redness and visible capillaries surrounding most of my cheek.
